At Terminal 1, to PICK UP or DELIVER your luggage, you'll find us on the EXTERIOR of Floor Zero (P-0) at Bus Platform 33, directly in front of the Shuttle-Bus stop (GREEN color) for T1-T2. Look for the Bags&Go vehicle and our clearly identified staff waiting to assist you. Please be punctual.
Barcelona-El Prat Airport Terminal 2 Meeting Point
En la Terminal 2, para ENTREGAR tu equipaje, nos encontrarás fuera de la Terminal 2B, justo delante de la parada del Shuttle-Bus. Busca el vehículo Bags&Go y a nuestro personal claramente identificado que te estará esperando para ayudarte. Por favor, sé puntual.
For PICKING UP your luggage at the AIRPORT, the meeting point will always be at Terminal 1.
Cruise Terminals
At the Port of Barcelona, you'll find us operating from all the CRUISE TERMINALS. To DELIVER your luggage, look for our uniformed Bags&Go staff who will assist you.
If the DESTINATION of your luggage is the Port, it will be shipped directly to the cruise.

- World Trade Center: Terminal Sur
Barcelona Sants Train Station
At Barcelona Sants train station, you'll find us in front of McDonald's, at the Plaza Joan Peiró exit. A Bags&Go vehicle will be there at the scheduled time to PICK UP or DELIVER your luggage.
