Where We Are

At Terminal 1, to PICK UP or DELIVER your luggage, you'll find us on the EXTERIOR of Floor Zero (P-0) at Bus Platform 33, directly in front of the Shuttle-Bus stop (GREEN color) for T1-T2. Look for the Bags&Go vehicle and our clearly identified staff waiting to assist you. Please be punctual.

At Terminal 2, to DELIVER your luggage, you'll find us outside Terminal 2B, directly in front of the Shuttle-Bus stop. Look for the Bags&Go vehicle and our clearly identified staff who will be waiting to assist you. Please be punctual.

At the Port of Barcelona, you'll find us operating from all the CRUISE TERMINALS. To DELIVER your luggage, look for our uniformed Bags&Go staff who will assist you.

If the DESTINATION of your luggage is the Port, it will be shipped directly to the cruise.

At Barcelona Sants train station, you'll find us in front of McDonald's, at the Plaza Joan Peiró exit. A Bags&Go vehicle will be there at the scheduled time to PICK UP or DELIVER your luggage.

At Valencia Airport, you'll find the Bags&Go vehicle at the ARRIVALS level, in the OUTDOOR area (P0), next to the bus zone. Our team will be there to assist you with your luggage drop-off or collection.

At the Port of Valencia, you'll find the Bags&Go vehicle and team right outside the main entrance of the Trasmed terminal. Our staff will be ready to collect or deliver your luggage quickly and safely.

At Valencia Nord station (Estació del Nord), you'll find the Bags&Go vehicle at the station's main entrance. You can quickly and easily drop off or collect your luggage there.

At Joaquín Sorolla station, you'll find the Bags&Go vehicle right outside the station's main entrance. You can easily drop off or collect your luggage there, quickly and without waiting.
