You can book up to 30 days in advance. Bookings close at 23:59 (local time) the day before the service — the earliest available service is always the next day, so book as soon as your travel plans are confirmed.

Yes. You can change your booking until 23:59 (Spain time) the day before the service. Changes are subject to availability and may have an extra cost. Do it yourself in My Bookings or contact our team by phone, WhatsApp or email.

You'll need to provide pickup and delivery addresses, preferred time slots, number of bags, contact information, and any special instructions for accessing the locations.

Your luggage is picked up and delivered on the same day of service, at the times you choose when booking. For hotel deliveries the bags always arrive before 18:00. If pickup and delivery are on the same day, allow at least 3 hours between them.

Yes, we offer complete door-to-door service. Our team will collect your luggage from your specified pickup location and deliver it directly to your destination address.

Yes, you'll receive real-time updates via SMS and email throughout the transfer process, including pickup confirmation, in-transit status, and delivery confirmation.

Our facilities feature 24/7 surveillance, access control systems, climate control, and are fully insured. Each bag is individually tagged and tracked for maximum security.

You can store your luggage for up to 30 days. For longer storage needs, please contact us for special arrangements and pricing.

Yes, you can retrieve specific items from your luggage during storage hours (9 AM - 8 PM) with 2 hours advance notice. A small handling fee of €5 may apply.

Our pricing is all-inclusive: the price you see at booking includes insurance, taxes and service charges. No hidden charges.

For transfer services, when you book 2 bags, you only pay €24 total (the price of 1 bag). The promotion is automatic - no coupon codes needed. Valid for all transfer bookings.

We operate in Barcelona and Valencia. In Barcelona we cover the airport, cruise port, train stations (Sants, França), hotels, apartments, and all central areas. In Valencia we cover the airport, Joaquín Sorolla station, cruise terminal, and the city centre.

We offer pickup and delivery at Barcelona Airport and Valencia Airport. In Barcelona we always meet you at Terminal 1 (Floor 0, Bus Platform 33), even if your flight uses Terminal 2: the free green shuttle between terminals takes about 10 minutes. We also provide door-to-door transfer between the airport and your accommodation.

Yes, we provide pickup and delivery at the cruise terminals in Barcelona and Valencia. In Barcelona you will find the Bags&Go counter inside your cruise terminal (Moll Adossat A, B, C, D, E and H, and the World Trade Center South Terminal). On embarkation day you also skip the terminal's luggage drop-off queue: our port team takes your bags straight onto the ship and the cruise line delivers them to your cabin.
