Since 2008 Bags & Go is the only company authorized to operate on all cruise ship landings in the Port of Barcelona.
From Monday to Sunday
At Bags & Go we work from Monday to Sunday with the only exception of December 25 and January 1.
All shipments via Courier are handled on working days.
Check-in
We work closely with the staff at the cruise terminals in charge of check-in.
We verify the data provided by you, complying with the security protocols established by the shipping companies.
You will find your bags directly in the cabin of your cruise ship.
24/365 Booking
We accept reservations up to 24 hours before the service is performed in case you have doubts about how many bags you will finally have!

Collection Counter
At the Port of Barcelona we have a baggage claim counter inside all port terminals: Moll adosat (attached dock) Terminal A, B, C, D, E, Terminal World Trade Center North and South,).
In Terminal 1 of the ‘Barcelona El Prat’ Airport, we are located on floor 0 at the end of the railway hall, next to the L9 metro stop, at the airport’s own official slogan.
In Terminal 2 of the ‘Barcelona El Prat’ Airport, we are located on floor 0 at street level, in Terminal 2B in front of the B43 / B44 check-in counters, at the airport’s own official slogan.
Important: Terminal 2 is only for deliveries at the airport. All collections will be made in Terminal 1.
We are punctual!
In the case of hotels, we will deliver or collect your luggage at the reception of the same, it is not necessary that you be present during the process.
In the case of the apartments, the collection or delivery of your luggage will be at the main door of the building, at street level and always respecting the schedule you request.
