Package Delivery
Shop online and receive it on the ship
Crew member can buy throw internet and receive their goods at the ship, which will be delivered by our team and the agreed point.
IMPORTANT:
-Book delivery service before shipping parcel to our facilities
-All parcels without delivery reservation will rejected
-Parcel Label information (Ship name, Crew name and Cruise ID)
The reservation procedure is quick and simple:
- Select the ship you are on.
- Choose the available port where you want to receive your order.
- The address to which you should send the package will appear.
IMPORTANT:
- All packages arriving without payment for the service will be returned to the sender.
- When purchasing your package (e.g., on Amazon), make sure to use the provided address and include your name.
To use the service, ensure that the merchandise meets the following requirements:
- Maximum Weight: 20 kg
- Dimensions: Do not exceed 70 cm in length and 200 cm in total dimensions (Length + Height + Width).
The content must be an authorized item. Verify whether your purchase or online shipment contains prohibited or restricted items. Prohibited items cannot be processed, and restricted items, although they may be received or sent, do not guarantee delivery to the destination.
If you need to send a package, ensure it is properly packed to protect it from damage. Consult the packing guide and follow its instructions to avoid issues.
Prohibited Items:
Prohibited items cannot be shipped through courier services due to legal restrictions and safety concerns. Special protocols and distribution channels exist for these goods.
Prohibitions:
- Perishable Goods: Items requiring specific temperature, humidity, lighting, or handling conditions.
- Alcohol: All alcoholic beverages, regardless of alcohol content.
- Flammable Liquids (ADR): Perfumes, lighters, lighter fluid, paint, adhesives.
- Compressed Gas: Lighters, diving cylinders, gas cylinders, camping gas, aerosols, fire extinguishers.
- Corrosive Materials: Batteries, mercury, hydrochloric acid.
- Art: Any type of artwork.
- Jewelry: Gems, precious metals, gold, silver, natural pearls.
- Antiques: Technology products over 20 years old; other items up to 50 years old.
- Money: Including checks, coins, banknotes, collectible money, credit/debit cards.
- Stamped Effects: Officially stamped items, government-sealed documents.
- Tobacco: All types of tobacco.
- Medications: Any type of medicine, regardless of prescription.
- International Restrictions: Goods prohibited at origin or destination.
- Plants: Living plants of any species.
- Animals: Live or deceased animals, stuffed animals.
- Engine Parts: Motors, spare parts, magnetized products, gearboxes, clutches.
- Explosives: Fireworks, firecrackers, ammunition, gunpowder, flares.
- Flammable Substances: Matches, lighters, charcoal, lighter tablets.
- Biological Samples: Blood, urine, saliva.
- Funeral Items: Human remains, ashes.
- Weapons: Any weapon, including knives and replicas (toys).
- Opioids and Derivatives: Cocaine, marijuana, and other narcotics or psychotropic substances and their derivatives.
- Toxic Substances: Pesticides and other agricultural products, bacteria, viruses.
- Radioactive Materials: Radioactive materials.
Restricted Items:
Restricted items are not strictly prohibited but are not covered by insurance.
Restrictions:
- Flat Glass: Glass objects such as windows, aquariums, urns.
- Insufficient Packaging: Products that are not properly packed.
- Luxury Materials: Embroidered items or fabrics with precious metals, lace handkerchiefs, fine leathers.
- Commercial Samples: Small quantities of product for advertising or promotional purposes.
- Containers: Including unpacked suitcases.
- Returned Goods: Damaged goods or machinery returned to the seller.
- Original Documents: Passports, ID cards, deeds, certificates, academic diplomas.
- Documents with Economic Value: Lottery tickets, medical prescriptions, any bearer documents.
- Vehicles: Any type of vehicle.
- Minerals: Marble and other mineral slabs.
If you send a prohibited item, it may be stopped, reported, or destroyed with the entire shipment.
Certain items cannot be transported due to national or international laws related to public health, safety, and security. You are fully responsible for ensuring compliance with these regulations, as we do not audit or handle the contents of shipments.
If an item is held, the carrier may retain it, and we cannot assist with resolving such issues. Additional costs (e.g., storage, disposal) may be charged to the sender.
We are not liable for delays or costs due to prohibited items being held or destroyed. Review the carrier’s terms for any additional restrictions.

Direct Pickup from the Ship: We arrange to collect your package directly from the ship, ensuring that your items are securely transported from the vessel.
Efficient Handling: Once we have your package, our team takes care of the necessary documentation and labeling, ensuring everything is in order for a smooth delivery.
Delivery to Final Destination: We manage the shipping process, making sure your package reaches its final destination safely and promptly.

- Consider Origin and Destination: The destination of your shipment (within or outside the EU) may require customs clearance. Be aware of the applicable regulations.
Secure Packaging: To ensure protection and insurance coverage, pack your luggage as follows:
Option 1 (Not covered by most transport insurance):
- Plastic Wrap
- Place a copy of the shipping label inside the suitcase.
- Attach a second copy on the outside of the suitcase.
- Wrap the suitcase in several layers of plastic wrap.
- Secure the wrap around the suitcase handle.
- Seal the wrap and place a third copy of the label in a transparent bag on top of the wrap.
Option 2 (Covered by insurance):
- Box or Cardboard
- Place a copy of the shipping label inside the suitcase.
- Attach a second copy on the outside of the suitcase.
- Place thesuitcase inside a double-walled corrugated cardboardbox.
- Wrap the suitcase in bubble wrap and fill any gaps with additional bubble wrap or foam.
- Seal the box and place a third copy of the label in a transparent bag on top ofthe box.
- Plastic Wrap
- Measure and Weigh: Accurately measure and weigh your luggage using a tape measure and scale. Provide dimensions in centimeters (width x lengthx height).
Packaging Responsibility: Ensure your luggage is properly packed. If not, the transport agency will not be responsible for any damage or loss.
