AIRPORT: The luggage will be delivered to the customer at the MEETING POINT of the Barcelona Airport Terminal "El Prat" through which your flight takes off.

TRAIN: Delivery will occur at the agreed time with the customer at the meeting point in front of the entrance of the train station.

HOTEL: The presence of the client at the Hotel is not necessary, Bags&Go will deposit the luggage at the Reception of the Hotel after verifying with the person in charge that the client has an active reservation.
APARTMENT: It is ESSENTIAL that the client receives the luggage from Bags&Go personally, so at the agreed time he will be in front of the main door of his apartment.
CRUISE: Bags&Go will manage the direct boarding of luggage to the client's CRUISE cabin, attending and respecting all the security measures and protocols established by the Terminal and the Shipping Company.
FERRY: Delivery to the customer will take place at the agreed time in front of the main entrance of the Ferry Terminal.
