In each city we cover airports, train stations, cruise ports, hotels, apartments, convention centers, and any address within the metropolitan area. If you can give us an address, we can pick up or deliver there.
Luggage storage starts at €6 per bag per day, same-day storage costs €24 for up to 2 bags. Luggage transfer starts at €12 per bag with a minimum of €24. Shipping across Spain and Europe starts at €55. Insurance is always included.
Yes, every bag is fully insured during the entire service — storage, transfer, or shipping. Coverage includes damage, loss, and theft at no extra cost.
Yes, we provide luggage pickup and delivery at cruise port terminals in both Barcelona and Valencia. We coordinate with port schedules for embarkation and disembarkation day service.
