Baggage Transfer: From the Port

Pick-up and drop-off services are held in Barcelona (city)

Select the name of the CRUISE with which you have a reservation. If your CRUISE does not appear in the list you have the possibility to enter it manually with the option "Other"

Baggage bound for a CRUISE will be managed for direct boarding to the cabin, after passing the checks and checks established by the terminal managers and the Shipping company.

Select the date the service will start. Reservations must be made with a minimum day of antelation

24h time format. Enter an hour, we recommend fractions of 30 minutes.
CRUISE: Once the customer has identified and collected his/her luggage in the baggage area of the cruise terminal, he/she will go to the Bags&Go counter located in that same area to deposit his/her bags.
FERRY: After disembarkation the customer will leave at the front door of the ferry terminal where they will locate a Bags&Go vehicle that will collect the luggage.

Select the airline with which you arrive at BARCELONA airport "El Prat"

Enter the arrival flight number to BARCELONA "El Prat"

Select the name of the CRUCERO with which you have a reservation. If your CRUCERO does not appear in the list you have the possibility to enter it manually with the option "Other"

AIRPORT: Luggage will be delivered to the OFFICIAL COMPANY of Terminal 1 of Barcelona Airport "El Prat".
CRUISE: Baggage will be shipped directly into the customer's cruise cabin after passing the checks established by the Cruise Terminal and the Shipping Company.
FERRY: Delivery will take place at the agreed time in front of the main entrance of the Ferry Terminal.
TRAIN: Delivery will occur at the agreed time with the customer at the meeting point in front of the entrance of the train station.
HOTEL: It is not necessary to have the customer's presence at the Hotel, Bags&Go will validate with the person responsible for the reception the active reservation and will deliver the luggage at the same reception.
APARTMENT: It is ESSENTIAL that the customer personally receives the luggage, so at the agreed time will be in front of the front door of his apartment to receive his luggage.
