1. Disembarkation Procedures
Passengers using the Bags&Go service must follow the disembarkation procedures provided by MSC. It is the responsibility of each passenger to comply with the instructions set by the cruise line regarding luggage collection and terminal access.
2. Service Location
The Bags&Go service is exclusively provided in the luggage claim area of the cruise terminal. Passengers must collect their luggage from the designated area and hand it over to Bags&Go staff for processing.
3. MSC Disclaimer
MSC is not responsible for the Bags&Go service. The service is provided independently by Bags&Go, and MSC assumes no liability for any issues related to luggage handling, transportation, or delivery. Any inquiries or concerns regarding the service should be directed to Bags&Go.
