AIRPORT: The luggage will be deposited by the client at the MEETING POINT of the Barcelona Airport Terminal "El Prat" through which your flight arrives.

TRAIN: The deposit will take place at the time agreed with the client at the meeting point in front of the entrance of the train station.

HOTEL: It is not necessary to have the customer's presence at the Hotel, just that he deposits his luggage at the reception and notices that Bags&Go will pick up the bags to transfer them at the agreed time and place.
APARTMENT: It is ESSENTIAL that the client is personally in front of the main door of his apartment to deliver his luggage to Bags& Go, which will be at the agreed time to make the baggage withdrawal.
CRUISE: The luggage will be delivered by the client directly to the Bags&Go staff at the counter that is enabled for that purpose inside each CRUISE Terminal for the duration of the disembarkation.
FERRY: The pick-up will take place at the agreed time in front of the main entrance of the Ferry Terminal.

HOTEL: The presence of the client at the Hotel is not necessary, Bags&Go will deposit the luggage at the Reception of the Hotel after verifying with the person in charge that the client has an active reservation.
APARTMENT: It is ESSENTIAL that the client receives the luggage from Bags&Go personally, so at the agreed time he will be in front of the main door of his apartment.
CRUISE: Bags&Go will manage the direct boarding of luggage to the client's CRUISE cabin, attending and respecting all the security measures and protocols established by the Terminal and the Shipping Company.
FERRY: Delivery to the customer will take place at the agreed time in front of the main entrance of the Ferry Terminal.
Calculation and validation:
The number of bags and the days elapsed between collection and delivery determine the total amount of the service.
Minimum service of 2 suitcases.
If the date of collection and delivery of the luggage is not made on the same day, the storage charge is € 8 per piece / day.
