How far in advance can I request the service?
Our ON-LINE services must be booked 24 hours in advance before the service.
EXCEPTIONALLY at the Cruise Terminals we are authorized to attend last minute services.
What is the price of the service?
The price of the service is 12€ for suitcase (minimum service 24€ for 1 of 2 suitcases), additional days of storage 5€ per day and suitcase; it is always recommended to book the service ON-LINE.
I have 2 large suitcases and 1 small one. How much does the service cost in this case?
It is the same price regardless of the size, weight or shape of the luggage.
Until what time can I PICK UP/DELIVER my luggage?
Our luggage PICK-UP and DELIVERY service is available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
IMPORTANT: When you book the service you will have to specify the time when you will PICK UP/DELIVER your luggage.
Can I take anything in the suitcase?
All baggage managed by Bags&Go follows a strict control protocol. All bags are scanned with X-RAYS, in order to avoid illegal items.
In all shipments outside the European Union, it is FORBIDDEN that they contain liquids, sprays and food, as governed by international customs regulations.

Bags&Go offers DELIVERY and COLLECTION luggage service in every Hotel and Apartment in BARCELONA.
IMPORTANT: When booking the service, you will have to specify the time in which you WILL PICK UP/DELIVER your luggage.
Do you have special prices for groups?
Yes, we make personalized offers in case of large groups, we also offer personalized services for special cases.

I do not have a working mobile phone number when I arrive in Spain. What do I do?
We ask for the telephone number for security, in case we have a setback we will inform you of any situation related to your reservation we can contact the client. If this is not possible, you can provide us an email address.

Can I send my luggage to any Hotel with Bags&Go?
Bags&Go can DELIVER/PICK UP practically anywhere in the world.
We manage luggage delivery and collection services with practically all the HOTELS in the world.

Can I send my luggage HOME with Bags&Go?
Bags&Go can DELIVER/PICK UP practically anywhere in the world.
We manage shipments from and to your HOME so that you can travel without having to carry your luggage.

BAGS&GO GUARANTEES:
Does the service include luggage insurance?
Yes. All our services include baggage insurance.
We make sure to identify and write down the damages that the suitcase has at the moment we receive it in order to avoid possible fraud.
IMPORTANT: the insurance does not cover HANDLES or WHEELS.
How do I know that you are a safe company?

Meeting points Barcelona Airport “El Prat”
Terminal 1, to PICK UP OR DELIVER your luggage, you will find us OUTSIDE Floor Zero (P-0), on the Bus platforms (between platform 20 and 33) in front of the Shuttle-Bus/Bus-Lanzadera stop T1-T2 (GREEN color). You will see the vehicle and identified Bags&Go staff waiting for you. We ask for maximum punctuality.
In Terminal 2, to DELIVER your luggage to Bags&Go, you will find us OUTSIDE Terminal 2B, in front of the Shuttle-Bus/Bus-Lanzadera stop. You will see the vehicle and identified Bags&Go staff waiting for you. We ask for maximum punctuality.
To PICK UP your Bags&Go luggage at the AIRPORT, the meeting point will always be the Terminal 1 location.
Meeting points Barcelona Cruise Port
In the Port of Barcelona, you will find us leaving all the CRUISE TERMINALS. To DELIVER your luggage you will find our uniformed Bags&Go staff to assist you.
Moll Adossat: Terminal A, B, C, D, E
·World Trade Center: North and South Terminal.
We are operational in all those cruises that have disembarkation or embarkation.
Meeting points at Barcelona Train Stations
At "Barcelona Sants" train station you will find us in front of the McDonald's at the Plaza Joan Peirò exit. A Bags&Go vehicle will be at the agreed time to PICK UP or DELIVER your luggage.
At the “França” train station you will find us OUTSIDE, in front of the main door. A Bags&Go vehicle will be at the agreed time to PICK UP or DELIVER your luggage.
Meeting points in Hotels and Apartments in Barcelona
If the destination of your luggage is a Hotel, Bags&Go will deposit the suitcases at the reception so that when the client arrives they already have their luggage. In the event that the client wants Bags&Go to pick up their luggage, a time will be agreed for the delivery of the luggage at the Hotel reception
In Barcelona Apartments both DELIVERY and PICK UP will take place in front of the apartment at the agreed time.
IMPORTANT: Locate our uniformed Bags&Go staff in order to proceed with the service.
CRUISE SERVICE:
I am going to embark on a Cruise. Where do I receive the luggage?
You will find the suitcases directly in the cabin of your Cruise.
Bags&Go is authorized by the Port of Barcelona and the Cruise Ship itself to load our customers' luggage. Booking our service you will avoid the long lines for baggage boarding.
IMPORTANT: We always check the cabin number against the passenger list in order to verify that the bags arrive at the owner's cabin.
I arrive in Barcelona on a cruise and I don't know what time I can disembark. What time do I indicate in the reservation?
Bags&Go will be present throughout the disembarkation process, until the operation is completed. So, indicate the approximate time you will disembark.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
I have had to cancel my trip and I have a reservation with you, can I get the money back from the reservation?
We refund the full amount for cancellations 7 days before the service. We refund 50% of the amount for cancellations between 7 and 4 days before the service, and 3 days before the service the amount of the service will not be refunded.
MOBILITY THROUGH THE CITY:
Barcelona's port:
Public transport, without a doubt, is the best alternative.
-PORTBUS: shuttle service that links the Port of Barcelona with the city center (see here)
-TAXIS: all the port terminals have a taxi stand.
Barcelona Airport “El Prat”:
Public transport, without a doubt, is the best alternative.
-AEROBUS: shuttle service that connects the airport and the city center every 5 minutes, in approx. 35 minutes. You can travel from any of the two airport terminals (T1 or T2) to the center of Barcelona (Pl. Catalunya) in a sustainable way (see here)
-METRO: The L9 Sud Metro line allows you to go from the airport to Barcelona or vice versa in just 30 minutes. In each Barcelona airport terminal there is a station that connects with the Barcelona metro network (see here)
-TRAIN: the R2 Nord is the train line that connects Terminal 2 of the Barcelona airport and its metropolitan area in both directions with a frequency of 30 minutes (consult here)
-TAXI: all airport terminals have a taxi rank.
If what you need is to move between terminals, there is a Shuttle Bus that makes connections between both terminals (T1-T2) 24 hours a day (see here)
